Your order ships via your chosen method. Air freight takes 5-10 days, sea freight takes 3-4 weeks. Full tracking provided.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin). For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, we handle everything. For standard shipments, you'll need to clear customs on your end — but we'll guide you through it.

What if my shipment is delayed?

Delays are rare but can happen due to customs holds, weather, or carrier issues. We proactively communicate any delays and work to resolve them quickly. For time-critical orders, we recommend air freight with buffer time.

Can you ship directly to my customers?

Yes! We offer drop shipping for established brands. Orders can be split and shipped to multiple locations. This is ideal for wholesale orders or brands with distributed fulfillment.

What happens if items arrive damaged?

All shipments are insured. If items arrive damaged, document it with photos immediately and contact us. We'll file a claim and either replace the items or provide a refund for affected pieces.
